Return Policy
We hope you love everything you purchase at our shop or on our website! If necessary, however, returns are happily accepted within 30 days, with receipt, for exchange, store credit, or a refund in the original form of payment.
Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags, packaging and accessories included. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Please note that certain items including: gift cards, sale/promotional items, perishable goods, seasonal items, customized tote bags and special orders are final sale and non returnable.
In-Store Purchases:
If you wish to return something purchased from our physical shop location, the return must be made in person, with a receipt. Please email giftedonwashignton@gmail.com with any questions.
Online Purchases:
If you’d like to make a return or exchange for a website purchase, please request a return authorization from us before sending back your items. To do so, please email us at giftedonwashington@gmail.com with a description of the nature of the return and your order number. Shipping is non-refundable. We are only responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges for incorrect shipments.
